Why can't we make changes to the Delivery Order?

Delivery Order Status: Wait to Weight

Once you submit the Delivery Order (DO), it is immediately queued in the warehouse system for processing.

The warehouse team will then:

  • Retrieve your parcels from storage using the tracking numbers.

  • Move them to the packing area for consolidation.

  • Weigh and measure the final shipment.

  • Prepare customs documents (e.g. invoice, waybill).

❗ Why changes are not allowed:

  • Changing parcels or documents after submission risks mistakes and delays.

  • Repacking may require new materials, which may not be reusable.

  • Adding parcels after packaging may require reopening the shipment and incurs additional costs.

  • Removing or splitting parcels is not allowed once packing starts.

  • Processing time increases significantly with alterations.

If you're unsure, please contact us before submitting your Delivery Order.

  Shipment before shipping.

From China:

If you selected Decide Later (Air or Sea):

You'll receive two shipping quotes to choose from.

At this stage:

  • Parcels have been packed, but documents are not yet finalised.

  • One-time parcel addition is allowed (with additional cost).

If you did not select Decide Later (Air or Sea):

  • The parcels have been packed and documents are complete.

  • No changes are allowed.

From other locations (TW, JP, KR, US, SG, VN, etc.):

  • Parcels have been packed, but documentation is not yet complete.

  • One-time parcel addition is allowed (with additional cost).

  Shipment after shipping.

Once the Delivery Order is paid:

  • Documents are submitted to customs.

  • The shipment is sent to the port or carrier.

At this point:

  • The shipment is already in transit to your final destination.

  • No changes are allowed. Any modification would require the shipment to be returned, which is not possible.
