17. Online Purchases

17.1 Purchases of any Products/Services/Vouchers are subject to the Terms & Conditions as set out at The product price payable shall be the listing price at the time the order was placed. Prices are listed in Singapore currency (SGD, S$), and payment can be made through various methods. The final top-up amount will be adjusted after deducting transaction fees, which will not be refunded.

17.2 All "Buy For Me" orders are shipped only to Com&Buy's warehouse and for export. Order processing time is typically 1 business day, longer if order requirements are complex. Orders submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. We have no control over the seller's inventory or processing speed. Please evaluate the seller's inventory level before placing an order with us.

17.3 "Ship For Me" service only provides forwarding of the shipment and "Buy For Me" service places the order based on the customer's request and any form of instructions to the seller. If you need value-added services, please contact us in advance. The applicable buy-for-me service cannot be cancelled and the service fee for processing the order will not be refunded. (e.g., If product A (a xianyu item) is out of stock, the refund amount should be the cost of the product minus the service fee.)

17.4 Payments that are required to be made in advance are irrevocable and we are not responsible if the seller goes MIA.

Shipping Terms:

  • Tax obligations fall on the customer; any applicable taxes can typically be settled with the delivery personnel.

  • Customers bear sole responsibility for accidents, damages, or losses during delivery; hence, it's crucial to ensure proper packaging by the seller or opt for additional reinforcement packaging services if needed.

  • To avoid conflicts, customers should inspect items, including weight and quantity, before signing for receipt; any damages should be reported to delivery personnel immediately, followed by an email to with accompanying photos and videos.

  • Com&Buy will endeavor to recover losses from the transportation company with adequate information.

  • Delivery lead times exclude holidays, weather delays, and customs processing, with no compensation provided for delays.

  • Utilisation of the freight service implies acceptance of the aforementioned terms.

  • Rejected or returned packages require full shipping payment for reshipping, with no refund provided for previous shipping fees.

  • Sensitive goods should not be shipped via normal shipment; Com&Buy reserves the right to refuse transshipment after customs rejection or return.


  • Com&Buy is not liable for issues arising from sellers (fraud, quality, incorrect shipments, etc.).

  • While Com&Buy will assist in resolving disputes related to sellers, it cannot be held responsible for resulting losses or damages.

  • Customers must report any instances of incorrect, missing, defective, or damaged goods to, providing video evidence and details of packaging for potential claims.

  • For quality-conscious customers, a product inspection service is recommended; dissatisfaction with product quality is not the responsibility of Com&Buy.

  • Logistics delays due to customs inspections or holidays are beyond Com&Buy's control.

  • Customers are responsible for locating packages if signed for but not received.

  • Notification will be provided by Com&Buy in case of visible damage to the outer packaging of the parcel.

Ship For Me Service:

  • The Ship For Me service exclusively offers shipment forwarding.

  • Customers utilising this service are responsible for direct communication with the seller.

Buy For Me Service:

  • The Buy For Me service entails certain risks, including potential delays beyond the scheduled timeframe.

  • Com&Buy will make efforts to seek compensation from the seller in case of damaged goods upon arrival.

  • Refunds are applicable only for out-of-stock items; returns or replacements are not permitted.

General Reminder:

18. Delivery and Transit Time Standard

18.1 Partial delivery/collection is not permitted. The minimum delivery lead time is 1 working day, and deliveries usually take place between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please be aware that transit times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, traffic control, etc. Any advised delivery date or time is an estimate, and Com&Buy will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays. During peak periods like holidays or epidemic/pandemic situations, longer transit times and delays should be expected for all shipments. Working days exclude weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays. Please note that holidays in both the origin and destination countries may affect the shipment.

18.2 Once your package has been delivered, please confirm its receipt in the system or inform us within 1 working day if you have not received it. This will allow us to allocate more time for checking undelivered packages.

18.3 Changing the delivery address after the package has been prepared for shipping or has already been shipped may cause delays. Additional transportation and administrative fees may apply in certain cases. Not all shipments are eligible for address changes. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us, and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.

19. Cancellation Policy

19.1 Cancellation requests for online orders placed with Com&Buy are not accepted. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, no refunds or changes are permitted. Please ensure your intention to purchase the item before proceeding with payment.

20. Return Exchange & Refund Policy

20.1 All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Please note refunds will not be provided for any orders placed on or outside our website.

21. Insurance Policy

21.1 Insurance is valid only when you apply and select all packages to the delivery order.

21.2 What is covered?

  • If the parcel is lost in transit, and you buy the parcel insurance when you submit the delivery order, we will give you corresponding compensation according to your insurance amount.

  • If the parcel is returned to us because of a delivery error, we will resend it with no additional costs. However, if it is returned to us because of the refusal to comply with your country's Customs or the rejection of the parcel, you will be responsible for all additional costs.

21.3 Limits of Insurance

  • Returned parcels for reasons involving your local customs will not be compensated. We have no jurisdiction over your country's customs.

  • Returned parcels because you failed to pick up your parcels will not be compensated. You will be responsible for additional fees to have your parcel redelivered.

21.4 Exceptions

  • Postal delays

  • Taxes or tariffs imposed by Customs

  • Detainment or confiscation of your goods by Customs

  • The durability of your items, item packaging (shoe boxes, etc.), fragile items

  • Any form of warranty, expiration dates, etc. of your items.

  • Minor color differences in your product. If your product does not look as green as the green in the picture you saw, we are not responsible.

22. Circumstances Beyond comnbuy's Control

22.1 Com&Buy is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond control. These include but are not limited to electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to Com&Buy; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by Com&Buy - e.g., Shipper, Receiver, third party, customs authorities or other government officials; “Force Majeure” - e.g., earthquake, hurricane, vessel sinking, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, civil commotion, or industrial action.

  • For non-insured parcels, the compensation amount is up to S$100.00. The compensated amount will be 2 times the shipping fee or goods declared value, whichever is lower.

  • For an insured parcel, the compensation amount is up to S$2,000.00. The compensated amount will be 90% of the good's declared value.

  • Note: The insurance add-on cannot be cancelled once selected and fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

23. Claims

23.1 If the recipient accepts the shipment without noting any damage or loss on the delivery record by the delivery person, it is considered delivered in good condition.

23.2 Report of any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photos and remarks from the delivery person. Com&Buy requires the contents, original shipping cartons, and packing to be available for inspection in order to consider a claim.

23.3 Com&Buy will not be responsible for any loss or damage if the recipient makes arrangements such as leaving the parcel unattended or with someone else.

23.4 If a package is not received for more than 30 calendar days after the last updated status, a parcel investigation can be requested. If the package is still not found after 90 calendar days, it is considered lost and compensation may be provided. The compensation amount will be based on the declared value or receipt, whichever is lower, and cannot be appealed. Please refer to the insurance policy for details regarding insured parcels.

23.5 Claims for incorrect packages received must be immediately notified to Com&Buy, and shipping to the correct address will be reimbursed.

24. Disposal of Property

24.1 Upon receiving an acknowledgment or reply to any form of electronic communication, such as a text message or email, or proof of delivery from a courier company, you, as the consignee and agent, acknowledge being duly notified of the shipment's arrival.

24.2 If the shipment remains unclaimed or delivery cannot be made after 72 hours, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Return, forward, or re-consign the shipment at the shipper's expense.

  • Dispose of the shipment without further notice to the shipper and consignee, absolving us of any liability.

  • The sale of the unclaimed shipment does not release the shipper or consignee from any liability or lien.

  • Alternatively, we may store the items in our warehouse for a reasonable period, subject to the payment of a warehousing fee. The warehousing fee is minimum SGD 0.25 per kg per chargeable weight per calendar day or a minimum of SGD 12.50 per calendar week, whichever is higher.

24.3 The customer is responsible for paying the warehousing fee before the items are released. Any items remaining unclaimed in our warehouse after 3 days will be at the customer's risk.

25. Shipping

25.1 The standard processing time for shipments is 1 working day unless otherwise specified. Once payment is received, the package will be prepared for shipping and typically dispatched on the next business day.

25.2 It is recommended for frequent users to recharge their account balance in advance to avoid any issues with last-minute order requests. Delivery Orders with "Wait for Payment" status must be paid within 90 hours to avoid parcel disposal.

25.3 Freight charges are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the shipment, whichever is higher. The shipping fee includes delivery to the doorstep via lift. Additional fees may apply if the goods need to be carried by stairs, depending on manpower availability.

25.4 Please consult with us regarding remote areas to confirm shipping options.

25.5 Self-collection at our warehouse is strictly by appointment only. Please do not arrive without receiving confirmation from us.

25.6 If the tracking record indicates that the shipment is "out for delivery," it is usually expected to be delivered on the same day. In case of unsuccessful delivery, a re-delivery attempt will typically be made on the next working day.

Transporting goods across various modes of transportation poses inherent risks of damage due to bumps and vibrations during transit. Implementing proper packaging measures is crucial to mitigate such risks and safeguard your products.

Why Package Your Goods?

Travelling by road, air, or sea involves unpredictable movements that can potentially harm your goods. However, employing appropriate packaging techniques significantly reduces the likelihood of shipping damage. The actual cost of damage goes beyond the tangible expenses and includes time lost in arranging replacements, dealing with dissatisfied customers, additional shipping costs, and disposal of damaged items.

Types of Packaging:

  • Carton: Ideal for consolidating loose items, enhancing handling efficiency.

  • Crate: Offers versatile protection for various types of goods with sturdy load-bearing structures.

  • Pallets: Enhances stability and facilitates handling by palletising your goods.

  • Shrink Wrap: Provides surface protection and stabilises palletised goods, minimising the risk of damage.

  • Banding/Strapping: Prevents goods from shifting or sliding off pallets during transit.

  • Labelling: Essential for conveying shipment details and handling instructions, ensuring accurate delivery.

Key Considerations:

  • Depot Environment: Shield goods from diesel dust and debris with shrink wrap due to the presence of trucks and forklifts.

  • Road Environment: Ensure stability during transit to navigate potholes and windy roads safely.

  • Labelling: Clearly mark shipments with shipping labels for accurate handling and delivery.

  • Square Packing: Optimise packing to minimise volume and reduce the risk of damage without incurring additional costs.

26. Warehouse Process

26.1 Accuracy of Information: It is the responsibility of the customer utilising the Ship For Me service to ensure that all information provided to Com&Buy, including tracking numbers and package details, is accurate and up-to-date. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies may result in delays or complications in the shipping process.

26.2 Consolidation of Packages: Com&Buy reserves the right to consolidate multiple packages that can be shipped together into a single shipment, housed within the same warehouse facility. This consolidation aims to optimise shipping efficiency and minimise costs for both Com&Buy and the customer.

26.3 Storage and Disposal Policy: Customers are reminded that failure to arrange shipment within 30 days following the complimentary 30-day storage period will lead to the disposal of the stored parcel. A charge of S$1 per day per package will be incurred for each package exceeding the stipulated storage period. Items remaining unshipped within this timeframe will continue to be stored in the warehouse.

26.4 Advance Shipment Option: Customers who wish to expedite the shipping process for their items upon arrival at the warehouse may proceed directly to Step 3 and submit a delivery order. This option allows for prompt processing and dispatch of the stored items to the designated address or warehouse.

26.5 Routing of Orders: All orders will be routed to the respective Com&Buy warehouse in the country of origin prior to onward shipment to the customer's preferred address or warehouse. This routing ensures efficient handling and tracking of orders throughout the shipping process.

26.6 Shipping Charges: The calculation of shipping charges is based on the final weight of the packaged shipment. Customers who believe they have been overcharged are encouraged to provide photographic evidence of package weight and measurements. Such evidence, along with notation on the delivery record, will facilitate investigation and potential refunds if warranted.

26.7 Amendment Restrictions: Once a shipment (Delivery Order) has been submitted, no changes are permissible. This includes but is not limited to splitting, merging, removing items or packages, changing shipping methods, or addresses. Customers are advised that any attempt to cancel a shipment after processing or packaging will result in incurring handling charges.

27. Import and Export

27.1 General Provisions: Customers are responsible for ensuring the legality of product imports into the destination country and are advised to consult the customs authority of the destination country for relevant regulations and requirements. Compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) requirements is mandatory, and prohibited items are not accepted for delivery to our warehouse. Customers must provide accurate information and use appropriate shipping methods to avoid potential losses. Transportation of controlled items is permissible, provided customers furnish necessary licenses and documents at their expense. Customers must provide required customs clearance documents before shipment submission, along with any additional documents requested by Customs and Relevant Authorities. Com&Buy assumes no responsibility for detainment or confiscation of goods by Customs. Any fines incurred and additional charges imposed by the company will be borne by the customers.

27.2 Packaging Requirements: Proper and sufficient packaging is necessary for all shipments. Liquid items should be wrapped in a sealed bag to prevent leakage. Improperly packaged items will be rejected upon delivery. Certain categories of goods, including normal goods, sensitive goods, and prohibited items, are subject to specific shipping restrictions. Customers are advised to adhere to these guidelines to avoid rejection or return by customs authorities.

27.3 Required Documentation: Customers seeking to ship items containing liquids (including creams) or batteries must possess necessary documents, such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

27.4 Reshipment After Customs Rejection or Return: If a package is rejected or returned by customs, customers are required to pay the full shipping price again for reshipment. Shipping fees paid earlier will not be refunded. Customers are advised against shipping sensitive goods via normal shipment. 29. Right of Inspection

32.1 Com&Buy Points are non-refundable and non-withdrawable once topped up, and associated benefits are non-exchangeable for other benefits.
