13. Online Purchases

Purchases of any Products/Services/Voucher would be subject to the Terms & Conditions as set out at The product price payable shall be the listing price at the time the order was placed. Prices are listed in Singapore currency (SGD, S$), and payment can be made through various methods. The final top-up amount will be adjusted after deducting transaction fees, which will not be refunded.
All buy For Me order is shipped only to Com&Buy's warehouse. Order processing time is typically 1 business day, longer if order requirements are complex. Orders submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. We have no control over the seller's inventory or processing speed. Please evaluate the seller's inventory level before placing an order with us.
"Ship For Me" service only provides forwarding of the shipment and "Buy For Me" service places the order based on the customer's request and any form of instructions to the seller. If you need value-added services, please select accordingly when submitting Delivery Order. The applicable buy for me service cannot be cancelled and the service fee for processing the order will not be refunded. (e.g. If product A (a xianyu item) is out of stock, the refund amount should be the cost of the product minus the service fee.)
Payments that are required to be made in advance are irrevocable and we are not responsible if the seller went MIA.

Purchasing and Shipping Rules

Shipping Terms:
1. Shipping fee includes delivery to doorstep via lift but duties & taxes is not included.
2. Tax responsibility lies with the customer; usually, if required, you can pay the tax to delivery person.
3. The customer is solely responsible for any accidents, damage, or loss that occur during delivery; therefore, please ensure that your seller packages appropriately, or you may request additional reinforcement packaging services from us.
4. To minimise conflicts and misunderstandings, customers should verify items (such as weight and quantity) before signing the package; report any damage to delivery personnel and email immediately with photos and videos.
5. Com&Buy will attempt to recover losses from transportation company with sufficient information.

6. Com&Buy not responsible for seller-related issues (fraud, quality, incorrect shipment, etc.).
7. For seller issues, Com&Buy will assist in resolving disputes, but not responsible for losses or damages.
8. Customer must report wrong, missing, defective, or damaged goods to with video evidence and packaging description for possible claims.
9. Product inspection service recommended for quality-conscious customers; Com&Buy not responsible for dissatisfaction.
10. Logistics delays due to customs inspections or holidays not Com&Buy's responsibility.
11. Customer must search for package if signed but not received.
12. If there is visible damage to the outer packaging of the parcel, the Com&Buy will notify customer.

Ship For Me Service:
13. The "Ship For Me" service solely provides shipment forwarding.
14. For orders placed using this service, customers are responsible for direct communication with the seller.

Buy For Me Service:
15. Buy For Me service carries certain risks; may not arrive within scheduled time.
16. Com&Buy will try to recover from seller if goods arrive damaged.
17. Delivery leadtime exclude holidays, weather delays, and customs handling; no delay compensation provided.
18. Refunds only for out-of-stock items; no returns or replacements allowed.
19. Acceptance of freight service implies acceptance of the above terms.
20. Rejected or returned packages require full shipping payment for reshipping; no refund for previous shipping fees.
21. Sensitive goods should not be shipped via normal shipment; Com&Buy reserves the right to refuse transshipment after customs rejection or return.

14. Delivery and Transit Time Standard

Partial delivery/collection is not permitted. The minimum delivery lead time is 1 working day, and deliveries usually take place between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please be aware that transit times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, traffic control, etc. Any advised delivery date or time is an estimate, and Com&Buy will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays. During peak periods like holidays or epidemic/pandemic situations, longer transit times and delays should be expected for all shipments. Working days exclude weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays. Please note that holidays in both the origin and destination countries may affect the shipment.
Once your package has been delivered, please confirm its receipt in the system or inform us within 1 working day if you have not received it. This will allow us to allocate more time for checking undelivered packages.
Changing the delivery address after the package has been prepared for shipping or has already been shipped may cause delays. Additional transportation and administrative fees may apply in certain cases. Not all shipments are eligible for address changes. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us, and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.

15. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for online orders placed with Com&Buy are not accepted. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, no refunds or changes are permitted. Please ensure your intention to purchase the item before proceeding with payment.

16. Return Exchange & Refund Policy

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Please note refunds will not be provided for any orders placed on or outside our website.

17. Insurance Policy

Insurance is valid only when you apply select all packages to the delivery order.

What is covered?
· If the parcel is lost in transit, and you buy the parcel insurance when you submit the delivery order, we will give you corresponding compensation according to your insurance amount.
· If the parcel is returned to us because of a delivery error, we will resend it with no additional costs. However, if it is returned to us because of the refusal to comply with your country's Customs or the rejection of the parcel, you will be responsible for all additional costs.

Limits of Insurance
· Returned parcels for reasons involving your local customs will not be compensated. We have no jurisdiction over your country's customs.
· Returned parcels, because you failed to pick up your parcels, will not be compensated. You will be responsible for additional fees to have your parcel redelivered.

· Postal delays
· Taxes or tariffs imposed by Customs
· Detainment or confiscation of your goods by Customs
· The durability of your items, item packaging (shoe boxes, etc.), fragile items
· Any form of warranty, expiration dates, etc. of your items.
· Minor color differences in your product. If your product does not look as green as the green in the picture you saw, we are not responsible.

Circumstances Beyond comnbuy's Control
Com&Buy is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond control. These include but are not limited to electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to Com&Buy; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by COMNBUY - e.g. Shipper, Receiver, third party, customs authorities or other government officials; “Force Majeure” - e.g. earthquake, hurricane, vessel sink, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, civil commotion, or industrial action.

- For the non-insured parcel, the compensation amount is up to S$100.00
The compensated amount will be 2 times of shipping fee or goods declared value, whichever is lower.

- For an insured parcel, the compensation amount is up to S$1,000.00
The compensated amount will be 90% of the good's declared value.

Note: The insurance add-on cannot be cancelled once selected and fees paid will not be refunded at any circumstance. 

18. Claims

If the recipient accepts the shipment without noting any damage or loss on the delivery record by delivery person, it is considered delivered in good condition. Report of any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photos and remarks from the delivery person. Com&Buy requires the contents, original shipping cartons, and packing to be available for inspection in order to consider a claim. Com&Buy will not be responsible for any loss or damage if the recipient makes arrangements such as leaving the parcel unattended or with someone else.
If a package is not received for more than 30 calendar days after the last updated status, a parcel investigation can be requested. If the package is still not found after 90 calendar days, it is considered lost and compensation may be provided. The compensation amount will be based on the declared value or receipt, whichever is lower, and cannot be appealed. Please refer to the insurance policy for details regarding insured parcels. Claims for incorrect packages received must be immediately notified to Com&Buy, and shipping to the correct address will be reimbursed.

19. Disposal of Property

Upon receiving an acknowledgement or reply to any form of electronic communication, such as a text message or email, or proof of delivery from a courier company, you, as the consignee and agent, acknowledge being duly notified of the shipment's arrival. If the shipment remains unclaimed or delivery cannot be made after 72 hours, we reserve the right to take the following actions:
· Return, forward, or re-consign the shipment at the shipper's expense.
· Dispose of the shipment without further notice to the shipper and consignee, absolving us of any liability.
· The sale of the unclaimed shipment does not release the shipper or consignee from any liability or lien.
· Alternatively, we may store the items in our warehouse for a reasonable period, subject to the payment of a warehousing fee.
The warehousing fee is SGD 0.25 per kg per chargeable weight per calendar day or a minimum of SGD 12.50 per calendar week, whichever is higher. The customer is responsible for paying the warehousing fee before the items are released. Any items remaining unclaimed in our warehouse after 3 days will be at the customer's risk.

20. Shipping

The standard processing time for shipments is 1 working day, unless otherwise specified. Once payment is received, the package will be prepared for shipping and typically dispatched on the next business day. It is recommended for frequent users to recharge their account balance in advance to avoid any issues with last-minute order requests.
Delivery Order with "Wait for Payment" status must be paid within 90 hours to avoid parcel disposal.
Freight charges are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the shipment, whichever is higher. The shipping fee includes delivery to the doorstep via lift. Additional fees may apply if the goods need to be carried by stairs, depending on manpower availability.
Please consult with us regarding remote areas to confirm shipping options.
Self-collection at our warehouse is strictly by appointment only. Please do not arrive without receiving confirmation from us.
If the tracking record indicates that the shipment is "out for delivery," it is usually expected to be delivered on the same day. In case of unsuccessful delivery, a re-delivery attempt will typically be made on the next working day.

The goods come in different shapes and sizes, and each has its own packaging requirements.

Why package your goods?
As we all know, travelling by road, air or sea is not smooth sailing. All the small bumps and vibrations will hustle around your goods and may potentially cause damage.
But using the right packaging can minimise shipping damage.

The actual cost of damage is much higher than what you first thought of:

Preventing goods against damage is important.

Types of packaging
From a cardboard box to wooden crates, there are many forms of packaging to suit your needs.

Carton - keeping loose items together to make your goods easier to handle.
Crate - Can be suitable for any type of goods. Sturdy load-bearing structures make loading easier and provide comprehensive protection.
Pallets - Packing your goods on pallets improves stability and makes it easier to handle.
Shrink Wrap - Protect the outer surface and stabilise the palletised goods. Prevent rubbing on the goods, reduces the risk of the goods being separated from the rest of the order.
Banding/Strapping - Prevent the goods from sliding off the pallet.
Labelling - Make sure your shipment conveys everything we need to know about your shipment. Delivery address and any handling instructions, such as fragile, top stow, this way up, etc.

Things to consider
There are many things you need to consider when packaging your goods.

Depot Environment – ​​Depot will have trucks and forklifts at their sites. Shrinkwrap your goods, it will protect against diesel dust and smoke from these vehicles
Road Environment - Potholes, windy roads and crazy drivers are obstacles that our delivery drivers will face. Keep stability in mind when packing to ensure a safe journey
Labelling – Putting a shipping label on your goods will ensure that your goods are handled correctly and shipped to the correct place. Make sure the label is clearly
Square - Shipping cost depends on the volume of your goods as if it were square, that is measured by the longest point of all dimensions, so pack properly to avoid sticking parts and chance of damage can be reduced without additional costs.

21. Warehouse Process

For the Ship For Me service, you must provide accurate information, including the tracking number and package details, to Com&Buy before the package arrives at the warehouse.
Packages that can be shipped together will be consolidated in the same warehouse.
Failure to arrange shipment within 30 days after the free 30 days storage period will result in the disposal of the parcel, with a charge of S$1 per day per package. If you haven't submitted a shipment, the item will remain in the warehouse. However, if you want to ship your item as soon as it arrives, you can proceed to Step 3 and submit a delivery order.
Orders will be shipped to the respective Com&Buy warehouse in the country of origin before being shipped to your preferred address or warehouse.
Shipping charges are based on the final weight of the packaged shipment. If you believe you have been overcharged, providing photos of the package weight and measurements, along with noting the same on the delivery record, will allow for investigation and potential refund.
Once you have submitted a shipment (Delivery Order), no changes are allowed, including splitting, merging, removing items or packages, changing of shipping method, or addresses. Cancelling a shipment after processing/packaging will incur handling charges.

22. Import and Export

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. Customers are advised to check with the customs authority of the destination country for applicable regulations and requirements (e.g. for Singapore). Compliance with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) requirements is mandatory. Prohibited items are not accepted for delivery to our warehouse. Customers should not send prohibited items. Providing false or unclear item details poses the risk of confiscation and/or fines imposed by Customs and Relevant Authorities. The customer bears the responsibility for any such consequences resulting from false reporting or incorrect shipping method usage. Customers are required to provide accurate information and use the appropriate shipping method to avoid any potential losses. We will not be held liable for losses arising from inaccurate information or incorrect shipping method usage. Transportation of controlled items is possible, but any necessary licenses and documents must be provided by the customer at their own expense. Customers must furnish the required documents for customs clearance before submitting the shipment, as well as any additional documents requested by Customs and Relevant Authorities.
We are not responsible for any detainment or confiscation of goods by Customs. Any fines incurred, as well as additional charges imposed by the company, will be borne by the customers.

To import Liquid please ensure proper and sufficient packaging, ie. wrap it with a sealed bag in case of leakage it will remain in the packaging. Improper packaging will be rejected. For any reason, we will not accept packages that are obviously damaged, either externally or internally. Any such delivery will be rejected.

Items that you want to ship does not fall in the categories mentioned above, please check with us.
If the package has been rejected or returned by customs, you must pay the full shipping price again to reship. Shipping fees paid earlier will not be refunded. Please do not ship sensitive goods via normal shipment. If found, you will be charged a minimum S$10.00 handling fee per shipment.

If you need to export items that contain such as Liquid (including cream) or Battery, please ensure you have the necessary documents such as Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

We reserve the right not to process requisition for any product without any reason. We may, at our sole discretion, but without obligation, open and inspect any item in the shipment for any reason.
We reserve the right not to transship after the Customs rejects or returns the item or package.

23. Services

Refer to Delivery & Service Fee (Pricing).
The selected service add-on cannot be cancelled, and fees paid for the add-on will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The add-on services with "Buy For Me" tag are not optional and will be automatically included if applicable, whereas other add-ons may be selected at your own accord.
Any value-added services not listed on our website are not provided by default. If such services are required, they must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply for these custom services, and availability is subject to confirmation.

24. Right of Inspection

Com&Buy reserves the right to open and inspect any package tendered to it for transportation.

25. Duty and Taxes

You need to pay if required. Shipping fee does not include duty & taxes.
If tax is not collected in advance, you will pay when the package is delivering to you. To other countries, please check with ℯℊ To Singapore

26. Bonus Points from Merchant

Com&Buy Operating hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 12:00pm, 2:00pm to 6:00pm (SGT). Saturday: 9.30am to 12:00pm (SGT). Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday(PH), Away Period: Closed.
