2. ComNBuy uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site. However, ComNBuy makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information. ComNBuy assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of this Site.

3. Furthermore, your use of and browsing in this Site is at your risk. Neither ComNBuy nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. 9. We reserve the right to change our pricing, packages and any other charges without prior notice and or any liability at our discretion. We are not responsible for any fees charged by any other Internet site (not provided by us).

10. Where appropriate, we use available technology to protect the security of communications made through The Website. However, we are not responsible for the security, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of any transactions and other communications made through The Website.
Internet communications may be susceptible to interference or interception by third parties. Despite our best efforts, we do not warrant that The Website will be free of infection by computer viruses or other unauthorized software. You should take appropriate steps to protect your information, software, and equipment secure. This includes clearing your Internet browser cookies and cache before and after using any of the services on The Website. You should keep your passwords confidential. Please note that we will never ask you for your login password.

11. These terms and conditions and the contract (and all non-contractual obligations arising therefrom or related thereto) shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. We and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. All transactions, communications, and contacts between us should be conducted or conducted in English.

Your use of the Services and/or access to the Site is also subject to the Privacy Policy as set out at We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time, with or without notice to you, and with without liability, such changes will become effective immediately. You should visit this page from time to time and review the then-current Terms as they are binding on you. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use will signify your acceptance of those changes.

13. Online Purchases

Purchases of any Products/Services/Voucher would be subject to the Terms & Conditions as set out at The price of the Products payable shall be the Listing Price at the time at which the Order was placed. All prices are in Singapore currency (SGD, S$). We only accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, GrabPay, WeChat, Alipay and bank/mobile transfers. The final top up amount will be after deducting the transaction fees and the transaction fees may not be refunded.  
All Buy For Me orders is only shipped to Com&Buy's warehouse and for export only. All Com&Buy warehouses provide export only.
Com&Buy will usually process your order within 1 business day and may take longer depending on the complexity of your order requirements. Orders submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
We have no control over the seller's inventory & processing speed and we seek your understanding. Before you place an order with us, please understand the seller's inventory level.
"Buy For Me" service only places the order based on the customer's request and any form of instructions to the seller.
"Ship For Me" service only provides transportation.
If you need value-added services, please select accordingly when submitting Delivery Order.
The applicable buy for me service cannot be cancelled and the service fee for processing the order will not be refunded. e.g. If product A (a xianyu item) is out of stock, the refund amount should be the cost of the product minus the service fee.
If the shipment shipped to our warehouse is required to produce an Identification Card, regardless of Buy For Me or Ship For Me order, our warehouse will not provide such services.

Purchasing and shipping rules:

1. The air shipment consists of customs clearance, not including Tax.
* In the event of Tax, you can entrust express delivery and pay the tax to the delivery person.

2. Buy For Me & Ship For Me risk
* Any accident, damage or loss of the goods during the transportation, the customs confiscate all responsibility to the buyer.
* Remember to check the weight and quantity of the goods before signing the package.
* If the package is damaged, you must check and notify the delivery personnel on the spot;
* Be sure to take a photo forwarding email to (immediately)
* "Com&Buy 共来买" will try its best to recover from the transportation company for the customer when the information is sufficient.
* (When the goods are signed, the default goods are complete and no problem in case of receipt. So in order to avoid unpleasant things and misunderstandings, please check before signing.)

3. Any problem that sellers are responsible for, the warehouse is not responsible for (such as fraud, color, poor quality, send fewer goods, etc.)

4. If the seller is fraudulent, loss in transit, quality problems, goods are not correct, send fewer goods, split shipment with multiple tracking numbers without notification, color error and other issues. Customers are responsible for the sellers they choose.

5. If the customer finds that the seller has sent the wrong goods, missing goods, defective goods or damaged goods after receiving the goods, we will try our best to find a resolution through disputing with the seller. However, Customers are responsible for the sellers they choose. Please take the video together (no video pause between before opening the package and removing the product from the package) with the outer packaging and send the description of the relevant situation to the customer service mailbox: (immediately) This will be used as substantial evidence for making claims or disputes in the event of missing items. We will respond to you after processing.

6. For those who have strict quality requirements, perfectionists, it is recommended to choose the option of product inspection service before placing the order (additional fee is required). Please consider the purchasing risk and logistics process.
* Because the company wants to ensure that both parties can provide you with the perfect purchasing service under pleasant conditions.
* It must be understood that based on purchasing risks, the warehouse is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the goods in hand.
* All product quality risks are borne by the customer.
* Logistics meets the holiday season, the delay caused by the customs inspection, delay, the store is not responsible.

7. The shipment has been signed, but the buyer has not received the package. Customers need to look for the package in person. Please understand.

8. Buy For Me has a certain risk, and sometimes it may not arrive within the scheduled time.

9. The customer needs to ask the seller to provide the appropriate packaging when the goods are delivered to prevent the goods from being damaged during transportation. The goods in the package will be damaged when they arrive at our company. We will not bear the responsibility but will try our best. The seller is recovering.

10. If you are worried about the goods, you need to count stock, check, or take photos before signing. Please contact customer service. After that, the customer complained that the goods are not correct, the goods are missing, and the company is not responsible for this.

11. All provide arrival cargo days, excluding holiday/holiday holidays, weather impact/customs handling delays. If there is a delay, our company will not bear the delay compensation.

12. Refunds will only be made if the goods are out of stock, and all items sold will not be returned or replaced.

13. If the customer places an order and allows us to undertake the freight service, it is equivalent to accept the above terms.

14. If the package has been custom rejected or returned, you must pay the full shipping price again to reship.
Shipping fees paid earlier will not be refunded. Please do not ship non-normal goods via normal shipment.
We reserve the right not to transship after the Custom rejects or returns the item or package.

* Remember to use the purchasing service to place an order after considering the process. After you submit the order; then wait patiently for the package and everything will be completed.

14. Delivery and Transit Time Standard

No partial delivery/collection is allowed. The delivery lead time is a minimum of 3 working days. The delivery schedule is usually between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please note that the transit time standard will vary due to various factors, including but not limited to public holidays, weather, traffic control, etc. Any delivery date or time we advise is the best estimate only. ComNBuy will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you. Due to the peak period such as holiday seasons or epidemic/pandemic period, please do expect longer transit time and delays for all shipments.  
The working days stated does not include weekends, eve and public holiday. (If you're buying from China shipping to Singapore, the holiday in China & Singapore applies to this shipment.)
Once we have delivered your package the status will change to "Goods Received" by the system or you can also click to confirm 'Received', it will help us greatly to have more time checking the others that are not yet delivered. Please contact us within 1 working day if you have not received the package.
Change of Delivery Address after the package has been packaged to ship or has been shipped. Please note that changing the delivery address of your package could delay your scheduled delivery date. In addition, transportation & administrative fees may apply to certain packages. Not all shipments are eligible for a delivery change. Options include redirecting your package to another address and/or rescheduling the delivery date. If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.

The following address cannot be delivered:Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Military Camps,Inside the airport,Student campuses,Hospital,Prison,Off-shore Islands,Tuas Link and so on.

15. Cancellation Policy

Com&Buy does not accept cancellation requests for any online orders placed. Please note that no refund would be allowed once an order in Com&Buy has been confirmed and paid. Please confirm your intention to purchase your item before you proceed to make payment in Com&Buy. No changes is allowed.

16. Return Exchange & Refund Policy

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Please note refunds will not be provided for any orders placed on or outside our website.

17. Insurance Policy

Insurance is valid only when you apply select all packages to the delivery order.

What is covered?
● If the parcel is lost in transit, and you buy the parcel insurance when you submit the delivery order, we will give you corresponding compensation according to your insurance amount.
● If the parcel is returned to us because of a delivery error, we will resend it with no additional costs. However, if it is returned to us because of the refusal to comply with your country's Customs or rejection of parcel, you will be responsible for all additional costs.

Limits of Insurance
● Returned parcels for reasons involving your local customs will not be compensated. We have no jurisdiction over your country's customs.
● Returned parcels because you failed to pick up your parcels will not be compensated. You will be responsible for additional fees to have your parcel redelivered.

● Postal delays
● Taxes or tariffs imposed by Customs
● Detainment or confiscation of your goods by Customs
● The durability of your items, item packaging (shoe boxes, etc.), fragile items
● Any form of warranty, expiration dates, etc. of your items.
● Minor color differences in your product. If your product does not look as green as the green in the picture you saw, we are not responsible.

Circumstances Beyond COMNBUY's Control
ComNBuy is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond control. These include but are not limited to electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to ComNBuy; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by COMNBUY - e.g. Shipper, Receiver, third party, customs authorities or other government officials; “Force Majeure” - e.g. earthquake, hurricane, vessel sink, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, civil commotion, or industrial action.

- For the non-insured parcel, the compensation amount is up to S$100.00
The compensated amount will be 2 times of shipping fee or goods declared value, whichever is lower.
- For an insured parcel, the compensation amount is up to S$1,000.00
The compensated amount will be 90% of the good's declared value.
If it's highly valuable goods, please contact us for buying increased value insurance. We strongly recommend you choose insurance for your parcel.
Note:If it's highly valuable goods, please contact us for buying insurance.
The insurance add-on cannot be cancelled once selected and fees paid will not be refunded at any circumstance. Please do check necessarily before confirming your order.
Please consider having wooden crate add-on when checkout for Delivery Order.

18. Claims

If the recipient accepts the shipment without noting any damage or loss on the delivery record by the delivery person, such shipment shall be deemed to be delivered in good condition and no claim shall be made thereon. ComNBuy shall then have in its own rights the ability to consider hearing a claim request if claims are made on goods delivered in good condition. Â In order for us to consider a claim in this situation, the contents, original shipping cartons, and packing must be available for us to inspect. Customer must perform a quick inspection in the presence of the delivery person by checking the total number of packages inside the parcels before signing the delivery order. Report of any claims must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery by delivery vendors of ComNBuy, are required to present not only the remark from the delivery person but also the photo of contents and packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused to your parcel if you are making arrangements, including, but not limited to, leave the parcel with family, friend or neighbour, leave the parcel unattended on-premises, other than signing the delivery order personally in the presence of the delivery person. If you have not received the package for more than 30 calendar days after the last updated package status, and your package whereabouts are unknown, you can apply for a parcel investigation. If it is still not found after 90 calendar days since the last updated package status, it is considered lost and you are entitled to compensation. The last updated package status is the date after the estimated delivery date. For example, if you choose Packet Sea shipment, the estimated delivery date is 15-20 days, excluding weekends from the date of issue. There is no online tracking, so consider the last updated package status after at least 20 days. The compensation payment will be paid at the declared value or receipt, whichever is lower. The decision on the amount of compensation proposed is not subject to appeal. For insured parcel, please refer to the insurance policy for more details. Customer must immediately notify ComNBuy in the case of an incorrect package is received. We will reimburse the customer for shipping to the correct address.

19. Disposal of Property

You, consignee and agent agree that you have been duly notified of your shipment’s arrival after an acknowledgement or reply to any form of electronic communication such as a text message or email or proof of delivery from a courier company has been received. If after 72 hours the shipment is still not claimed or delivery cannot be made, we shall either return, forward, re-consign the shipment at shipper’s expense or dispose of the same without further notice to the shipper and consignee and with no liability on us. No such sale shall discharge the shipper or consignee of any liability or lien; or where possible, we shall keep the items in our warehouse for some reasonable period subject to payment of warehousing fee of SGD 0.25 per kg per chargeable weight per calendar day or minimum SGD 12.50 per calendar week, whichever is higher, and this fee shall be paid by the shipper before items are released. All items not claimed after 3 days stay in our warehouse are at the customer’s risk.

20. Shipping

The processing time for shipment is usually 1 working day unless stated otherwise. After payment, the package will be arranged for shipping and will usually be shipped the next business day. Therefore, we encourage frequent users to recharge the e-Wallet earlier to prevent issues in last minute order requests.
Delivery Order (Wait for Payment) must be paid within 72 hours. If the payment is not made within 72 hours, we will dispose of the parcel from the warehouse.
For all shipments, freight will be charged based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher). Shipping fee included delivery to doorstep by lift. If the goods cannot be carried by lift, fees will be charged for manpower to carry by the stairs (subject to availability).
For remote areas, please check with us.
Self collect at our warehouse is strictly by appointment, please do not show up without our confirmation. 
If the tracking record shows out for delivery, it will usually be delivered on the same day. If the delivery is not successful, a re-delivery attempt will be made usually the next working day.

The goods come in different shapes and sizes, and each has its own packaging requirements.

Why package your goods?
As we all know, travelling by road, air or sea is not smooth sailing. All the small bumps and vibrations will hustle around your goods and may potentially cause damage.
But using the right packaging can minimize shipping damage.

The actual cost of damage is much higher than what you first thought of:

Time lost for arranging replacement
Replacement of goods
Time spent dealing with unsatisfied customers
Shipping cost
Disposal of damaged goods

Preventing goods against damage is important.

Types of packaging
From a cardboard box to wooden crates, there are many forms of packaging to suit your needs.

Carton - keeping loose items together to make your goods easier to handle.
Crate - Can be suitable for any type of goods. Sturdy load-bearing structures make loading easier and provide comprehensive protection.
Pallets - Packing your goods on pallets improves stability and makes it easier to handle.
Shrink Wrap - Protect the outer surface and stabilize the palletised goods. Prevent rubbing on the goods, reduces the risk of the goods being separated from the rest of the order.
Banding/Strapping - Prevent the goods from sliding off the pallet.
Labelling - Make sure your shipment conveys everything we need to know about your shipment. Delivery address and any handling instructions, such as fragile, top stow, this way up, etc.

Things to consider
There are many things you need to consider when packaging your goods.

Depot Environment – ​​Depot will have trucks and forklifts at their sites. Shrinkwrap your goods, it will protect against diesel dust and smoke from these vehicles
Road Environment - Potholes, windy roads and crazy drivers are obstacles that our delivery drivers will face. Keep stability in mind when packing to ensure a safe journey
Labelling – Putting a shipping label on your goods will ensure that your goods are handled correctly and shipped to the correct place. Make sure the label is clearly
Square - Shipping cost depends on the volume of your goods as if it were square, that is measured by the longest point of all dimensions, so pack properly to avoid sticking parts and chance of damage can be reduced without additional costs.

21. Warehouse Process

Ship For Me: You must submit and declare information (e.g. tracking number, package details) to Com&Buy before the package arrives at the warehouse. Please confirm that the tracking number submitted is accurate. Packages that can be shipped together are consolidated in the same warehouse. After the parcel is sent to the ComNBuy warehouse, we will store it for free for 30 days (subject to the actual receipt of the parcel). If the arrangement to ship the parcel to the buyer is not made within the 30 days, we will dispose of the parcel from the warehouse. Hence, please do arrange for the parcel delivery in time. If you need to extend the holding period, S$1/day per package, please contact us in advance. If you have not yet submitted a shipment, the item will remain in the warehouse. If you want to ship your item as soon as after it arrives in the warehouse, you can proceed to Step 4. Submit delivery order. You can submit the delivery order even if the status of the package is ‘In Process’ or ‘On the way’. Once the package has Arrived in the warehouse, it will be updated and processed accordingly, and then you will receive a payment notification. Orders will ship to Com&Buy warehouse in the respective country before they can be shipped to your address or preferred warehouse. For example, you submitted an order for this product in China and selected the Taiwan warehouse. The item will first arrive at our China warehouse and then move to our Taiwan warehouse. The shipping cost of this transfer (including domestic delivery to the China warehouse) will be automatically charged to you. Please check with us if you are not sure.

Bulky items such as
Furniture: Sofa, Bookshelf, Wardrobe, Cabinet, Dining Table, Computer Chair, High Chairs.
Appliances: Standing Fan, Industrial Oven, Refrigerators.
Wholesale: In a carton size not below 50cmx40cmx40cm.

Weight taken by the warehouse: Min. 0.1kg per package (e.g. Package A 0.22kg, will be updated as status “Arrived” 0.30kg and Package B 0.033m3, will be updated as 0.04m3) 
Dimension measurement taken by the warehouse: ± 2cm.
If the package weighs less than 0.5kg/0.1m3, you will be charged 0.5kg/0.1m3 or 1kg/1m3 or depending on the shipping method you choose, thereafter.
The shipping charges are based on the final weight of the shipment which is determined after it has been packaged by the warehouse. If you think we overcharged, please provide us with photos of the package weight and measurement in the presence of the delivery person & noting on the delivery record by the delivery person. We will investigate if the result shows that it is indeed overcharged and refund the excess. If we undercharge and find out later, please note that you need to pay the difference.
Once you have submitted for shipment (Delivery Order), you are not allowed to make any changes to the shipment ie. No split, no merge, no adding, no removal of items or package, no changes of shipping method, etc. 

China to Singapore: If you are not sure about the total weight/volume, or need the weight and dimensions of each package when it arrives at the warehouse, please send to 2. Shenzhen.
12. Yiwu and 15. Guangzhou are suitable for each parcel over 60kg, only to Singapore, only by sea freight.

22. Import and Export

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. (Please check with e.g. To Singapore Must comply with the requirements of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). We do not accept the delivery of prohibited items. Please do not send prohibited items to our warehouse. False or ambiguous declaration of item(s) details at the customer's own risk of having item(s) confiscated and/or getting fined by Customs and Relevant Authorities. If the customer falsely reports the type of the item or uses the wrong shipping method, we will not be liable for any losses. Please provide the correct information and use the appropriate shipping method. We are able to transport controlled items, but the license(s) and other necessary documents are at your own expense. You must provide us with the necessary documents for customs clearance before submitting the shipment and/or additional documents requested by Customs and Relevant Authorities. To import Liquid please ensure proper and sufficient packaging, ie. wrap it with a sealed bag in case of leakage it will remain in the packaging. Improper packaging will be rejected. For any reason, we will not accept packages that are obviously damaged, either externally or internally. Any such delivery will be rejected.

If the package has been rejected or returned by customs, you must pay the full shipping price again to reship. Shipping fees paid earlier will not be refunded. Please do not ship sensitive goods via normal shipment. If found, you will be charged a minimum S$5.00 handling fee per shipment.

Starting from September 9, 2020, customs at all ports will jointly inspect and crackdown strictly on goods that infringe on copyright laws. If found to contain such items, fines will be incurred, goods will be detained and legal liabilities will be pursued. Please provide us with the necessary authorisation documents. Branded goods are such as brands registered with trademarks. Hope to have your cooperation in order to ensure a smooth shipment.

We reserve the right not to process requisition for any product without any reason. We may, at our sole discretion, but without obligation, open and inspect any item in the shipment for any reason.
We reserve the right not to transship after the Customs rejects or returns the item or package.

23. Services

Refer to Delivery & Service Fee. The service add-on cannot be cancelled once selected and fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. The add-on services with "Buy For Me" tag are not optional and will be automatically included if applicable, whereas other add-ons may be selected at your own accord. Please do check necessarily before confirming your order.
For services mentioned which are not on our website as we do not provide such service unless on request. If required, these value-added services will need to be informed in advance and there may be additional charges for such requirements and is subject to availability.

24. Right of Inspection

ComNBuy reserves the right to open and inspect any package tendered to it for transportation.

25. Duty and Taxes

You need to pay if required. Shipping fee does not include duty & taxes.

26. Bonus Points from Merchant

27. Domestic Shipping Fee

Some sellers charge by fixed price or by piece or by weight.
In some cases, the seller will only notify you of the charge at the time of shipment or when the goods arrive through the warehouse.
Domestic transportation costs are known under different circumstances.
If you are not willing to pay for the domestic shipping fee, you can purchase and use our ShipForMe.
China: 到付/COD/on 2ndpayment to our warehouse for a fee of 10% or a minimum of S$1.00 of each transaction amount.
Taiwan/Japan/Korea: 到付/COD/on 2ndpayment to our warehouse for a fee of S$5 per package.
Must be informed in advance, otherwise, the package will be rejected.
Please ensure sufficient account balance for deduction of the domestic shipping fee. The excess of the account balance can be used to offset the international shipping fee.
