  • Log in to your account and get your free warehouse address.

  • Shop online and use your warehouse address for shipping.

  • Have your items delivered to our warehouse.

Submit Ship For Me Order

  • Declare your package details to Com&Buy before it arrives at the warehouse.

    • Method 1: Submit by Shopping Assistant Chrome extension

    • Method 2: Fill out the form

    • Method 3: For bulk orders, submit by Excel

Ready to Ship

Note: You can submit anytime once you’ve confirmed to ship — even before your parcel arrives. Submitting the DO finalises your shipment, so no further changes are allowed.

Product Order Status

On the way - Shipped to our warehouse. ETA: usually 3–12 working days.

Arrived - Your parcel has reached the warehouse; you'll be notified after processing.

Make Payment & Await Delivery

  • Once all packages arrive, you’ll receive a payment notice.

  • Complete payment on time to avoid delays.

  • After payment, we’ll ship based on your selected method.

Delivery Order Status

Pending - Delivery order submitted before all packages arrived at the warehouse.

View Order Details

Wait to Weight - Parcels are awaiting packing and weighing.

Wait for Payment - Pay for your shipment. notifications will be sent to you.

Shipped - Shipment is in transit to you. Click on Order Tracking to view shipment's progress.
