You buy and ship to our address, and we will deliver to your desired shipping address.

HOW IT WORKS


1. Submit Ship For Me (Step 1-2)

2. Submit Delivery Order (Step 3-4)

Step 1

Get Your Warehouse Address

  • Login to My Account and get your free warehouse address

  • After you have purchased the item(s), deliver it to our warehouse

Step 2

Submit Ship For Me Order

  • Users must provide accurate information to Com&Buy for custom clearance before the package arrives at the warehouse.

    • Method 1: Submit by Shopping Assistant Chrome extension

    • Method 2: Fill out the form

    • Method 3: For bulk orders, submit by Excel

Step 3

Ready to Ship

  • If you're ready to finalise your order and ship to you, by combining the parcels, proceed to Submit Delivery Order


Product Order Status

On the way - Seller has shipped, waiting for the package to arrive at the warehouse.

Arrived - notification will be sent to you once the package arrives at the warehouse.

Step 4

Make Payment & Await Delivery

  • After all the package arrives in the warehouse, you will receive a payment notification.

  • The delivery time of the shipment is subjected to the selected shipping method.


Delivery Order Status

Pending - Delivery order submitted before all packages arrived at the warehouse.

View Order Details

Wait to Weight - Parcels are waiting in line for packing and weighing.

Wait for Payment - Pay for your shipment. notifications will be sent to you.

Delivery – Shipment is in transit to you. Track progress by clicking on  Order Tracking

    • Go to your account settings to turn on these features and enhance your shipping and payment process: Account Settings

When you use our 'Ship For Me' service, you take care of purchasing the products you want from overseas. Once you've made your purchase, simply have the items shipped to our warehouse. From there, we'll manage the process, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of your products right to your doorstep.

Tracking number is the Express number from when you make the purchase. Kindly note that Tracking number is NOT Order number. If you do not have a tracking number yet, it means that your seller has not shipped out the items yet, please wait until items are shipped.
