One-Click Process Extension Guide

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Shopping Assistant Chrome Extension
choose:
Ship For Me
Allows you to add the tracking number and shipment information without manually inputting it.
Buy For Me
While browsing the websites listed above, you may easily add items to and checkout from your Com&Buy's cart.
Step 2
Submit Order
choose:
Ship For Me
On the Taobao page: 已买到的宝贝
On the 1688 page: 买到的货品
To submit bulk order: click on Com&Buy 提交运单 icon
To submit individual order: click on Com&Buy 添加包裹 icon
Buy For Me

To add to cart: click on 我要代购
This will add directly into Com&Buy's cart
Select 2. China warehouse to checkout
Step 3
Submit Shipment Order
If you're ready to finalise your order and ship to you, by combining the parcels, proceed to Submit Delivery Order.
Product Order Status
Pending - Waiting to be processed.
Purchased - Order placed, awaiting shipment from the seller.
On the way - Seller has shipped, waiting for the package to arrive at the warehouse.
Arrived - notification will be sent to you once the package arrives at the warehouse.
Step 4
Make Payment & Await Delivery
After all the package arrives in the warehouse, you will receive a payment notification.
The delivery time of the shipment is subjected to the selected shipping method.
Delivery Order Status
Pending - Delivery order submitted before all packages arrived at the warehouse.
View Order Details
Wait to Weight - Parcels are waiting in line for packing and weighing.
Wait for Payment
- Pay for your shipment. notifications will be sent to you.
Delivery
– Shipment is in transit to you. Track progress by clicking on Order Tracking.
