Prohibited / Restricted Goods

Please refrain from shipping prohibited or restricted items to any of our warehouses due to customs and carrier regulations.

• Precious metals and valuables (e.g. real gold jewellery), where restricted by customs or carriers

Restricted items may only be accepted with valid pre-approval and supporting documents.

If customs returns a package, customers must pay for reshipment, and fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse transshipment after a customs rejection or return.
