Self Collection Updates 30052020

Dear ComNBuy's Customer,

1. For self-collection at Ninja Points, with immediate effect, from 30 May 2020. This service is only available to customers who have checked the availability of NinjaVan's list of PUDO points. If you submit a delivery order to the service, it means that you have confirmed that you have read and understood the process, thereby notifying us that the delivery point is valid. For more information can be found here. 

2. Self collect at our warehouse is strictly by appointment, please do not show up without our confirmation. The unit number can only be provided after confirmation. Only on Special Request, such as after the first failed delivery attempt.
