① Register an account with Com&Buy

Why do I have to sign up before using it?

• To get your free Taiwan warehouse address
• You may track the status of your order on our platform, from purchase to arrival at the warehouse and delivery to you.
• If you have any questions, you may easily reference the assigned Order ID.

Do I still require an account with the merchants such as ShopeeTW, Ruten, Books.tw?

• Yes, you will need an account.
• You will place your order with the merchant and send it to our warehouse address, which we will forward to you as soon as it arrives.

How to submit?
Step 1. Once your seller shipped and you received the tracking number
Step 2. Fill in the Ship For Me form (click here) to declare your parcel content

How much is the Ship For Me service fee?

• S$2.00 per parcel
• FREE consolidation in the warehouse.
• 30 days free storage period

④ Shipping the items to you

What happens once your items arrive at the warehouse?

• If you're ready to finalise your order and ship to you, by combining the parcels, proceed to Submit Delivery Order

What to do after submitting the Delivery Order?

• Wait for all the items to arrive in the warehouse.
• If you submitted the Delivery Order before the items arrived in the warehouse, click on then scroll down to view the Product Order status.
• Once all items have arrived at the warehouse, the operator will process the Delivery Order and notify you.
• Once the shipping fee is paid, and the delivery will be arranged accordingly.
• Wait to receive the shipment.
