    • The service fee supports Com&Buy for order processing, translation costs, supplier coordination, payment processing, storage, inventory management, order updates, customer support, and handling the refund process.



Product Inspection Service & Quantity Check Service :

  • (Optional) Value Added Service Fee: S$2.00 per parcel

    • Takes up to 3 pictures / Count up to 10 quantities

    • By selecting this service, you authorise Com&Buy to open packages.

    • If you choose this service, we will proceed with it once it arrives at the warehouse and keep you updated as needed.

    • We do not open sealed original packaging or difficult-to-reseal products; vendors are responsible for providing sufficient and proper packaging.



Payment to Seller by Bank Transfer :

  • (if any) Transfer Fee: from NT$50, JP円250, KR₩2,500, RM10, TH฿50, VN₫35,000, SG$2

    • The transaction is irrevocable, no refunds will be made.



Auction Service :

  • (if any) Add-On Service Fee: S$10.00 per bidding

    • Please state the maximum amount you're willing to offer.

    • Bidding will stop once this amount is reached unless you make a new offer.



Preorder Service :

  • Service Fee: S$0.00

    • If the seller's shipping time exceeds 7 working days.

      • Order only if you're willing to wait patiently.

    • There is no additional cost, but you'll need to monitor it yourself.

    • For orders requiring a second payment, you must submit it.



Additional Services :

  • (if any) Add-On Service Fee: Minimum S$10.00 per request

    • Any service or process outside our usual procedures may be subject to additional charges.



Ship For Me :

    • Parcel Receiving

      • The warehouse operators will assist in receiving your parcels from your vendors.

    • Parcel Consolidation

      • You can consolidate your parcels at the warehouse and enjoy a free 30-day storage period.

  • The Buy For Me service fee will soon be included in your cart at checkout, rather than being charged later. Stay tuned for updates!



Terms:

  • If value-added services are needed, it is necessary to inform in advance, and additional charges may apply for such requirements, subject to availability.

  • Fees for buy-for-me and value-added services are non-refundable, even if an item becomes unavailable. Please check with us before placing your order.

  • We shall not be accountable if the seller fails to ship or sends defective/missing products.
