Believed most of you have read the peak period notice dated on 25 Nov 2020.
It usually extended to somewhere around Chinese New Year.
During peak seasons, please understand that there will be a high volume of packages to the warehouse. Please do expect longer transit time and delays for all shipments. With that said, they’ll continue to work hard and deliver your goods to you at the quickest timing thus we hope to have your understanding.
Separately, you can still submit the delivery order if you wish to ship it now. You may also view this notice in your accounts page, under the Product orders section.
