HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Get Your Warehouse Address
Login to My Account and get your free warehouse address
After you have purchased the item(s), deliver it to our warehouse
Get Your Free Warehouse Address
Step 2
Submit Ship For Me Order
Users must provide accurate information to Com&Buy for custom clearance before the package arrives at the warehouse.
Method 1: Submit by 1-Click Process Chrome extension
Method 2: Fill in the *mandatory fields
Product Name: e.g. Red Shirt x2, Blue Pants x1
Express Number = Tracking Number ≠ Order Number
Express Company = Courier Company (Select ‘Others’ if unsure about the delivery company)
Product Quantity: e.g. 3
Warehouse: Where item shipped from
Method 3: For bulk orders, submit by Excel

Submit Shipment Order
If you're ready to finalise your order and ship to you, by combining the parcels, proceed to Submit Delivery Order 
❗❗ No changes allowed to the Delivery Order once submitted. Click Here to find out more.
Product Order Status
On the way - Seller has shipped, waiting for the package to arrive at the warehouse.
Arrived - Email/WeChat/WhatsApp notification will be sent to you once the package arrives at the warehouse.
Step 4
Make Payment & Await Delivery
After all the package arrives in the warehouse, you will receive a payment Email/WeChat/WhatsApp notification.
The delivery time of the shipment is subjected to the selected shipping method.
- If you submitted the Delivery Order before the items arrived in the warehouse, click on then scroll down to view the Product Order status.
Delivery Order Status
Pending - Delivery order submitted before all packages arrived at the warehouse.
View Order Details
Wait to Weight - Parcels are waiting in line for packing and weighing.
Wait for Payment
- Pay for your shipment. Email/WeChat/WhatsApp notifications will be sent to you.
Delivery – Shipment is in transit to you. Track progress by clicking on Order Tracking
