10.1.1Shipment Services commence once Goods have been released from a Com&Buy Warehouse for shipment in accordance with these Terms.

10.1.2Shipment arrangements remain subject to the selected shipping service, destination, applicable laws, carrier requirements, operational availability, and any other conditions reasonably determined by Com&Buy or the relevant Third-Party Provider.

10.1.3Com&Buy may select, change, or substitute the carrier, shipping route, shipping method, warehouse, transit point, or other operational arrangements where reasonably necessary to complete the shipment, unless the Customer has purchased a specific Service that expressly provides otherwise.

10.1.4Estimated delivery times, transit times, shipping schedules, and similar timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise by Com&Buy.

10.1.5Com&Buy arranges Shipments using its standard operational procedures, which may vary depending on the selected shipping service, destination, carrier requirements, and operational considerations.

10.1.6If the Customer requests a shipment arrangement outside Com&Buy's standard operational procedures, Com&Buy may, at its sole discretion, accept or decline the request.

10.1.7Where Com&Buy accepts such a request, additional handling, transportation, administrative, or other applicable fees may apply. All applicable fees must be paid before the request is processed.

10.1.8Any approved special shipment arrangement remains subject to the operational requirements and decisions of the relevant Third-Party Provider. Com&Buy does not control, and is not responsible for, the carrier's collection, acceptance, routing, handling, processing, transit, delivery, or any subsequent operational decisions.

10.1.9Shipping charges may be calculated based on actual weight, volumetric weight, chargeable weight, parcel dimensions, destination, Goods classification, selected shipping service, carrier requirements, or other applicable factors. Any shipping estimate provided before final packing, measurement, weighing, or carrier assessment is indicative only and may differ from the final shipping charge.

10.1.10Where a Shipment has been prepared for dispatch, the Customer shall complete payment within any payment period displayed on the Platform or otherwise communicated by Com&Buy. Failure to do so may result in the Shipment being placed on hold, cancelled, unpacked, reprocessed, or otherwise dealt with in accordance with these Terms, and additional fees may apply.

10.1.11Any request to amend a Shipment after packing or preparation has commenced is subject to operational feasibility and Com&Buy's acceptance. Repacking, reprocessing, handling, or other applicable fees may apply.

10.2 Third-Party Carriers

10.2.1Shipment Services are performed by independent Third-Party Providers. Com&Buy acts as a shipment arranger unless expressly stated otherwise.

10.2.2Com&Buy does not own, operate, or control any Third-Party Provider and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, service interruptions, operational decisions, or performance of any Third-Party Provider.

10.2.3Third-Party Providers may refuse, suspend, delay, reroute, return, abandon, destroy, or otherwise deal with Goods in accordance with their own operational requirements, applicable laws, or regulatory obligations. Com&Buy shall not be responsible for such decisions.

10.2.4Where reasonably necessary to complete a shipment, Com&Buy may communicate with the relevant Third-Party Provider or assist the Customer on a best-effort basis. Such assistance does not create any guarantee or acceptance of liability for the actions or decisions of the Third-Party Provider.

10.3 Customs, Security and Regulatory Clearance

10.3.1All shipments remain subject to customs, airport security, export controls, import controls, quarantine requirements, sanctions, and any other inspections, clearances, or regulatory requirements imposed by the relevant authorities.

10.3.2Com&Buy does not guarantee that any Goods will be accepted for export, import, customs clearance, airport security screening, or transportation by any Third-Party Provider or regulatory authority.

10.3.3Customs authorities, airport security, regulatory authorities, and Third-Party Providers may inspect, delay, hold, reject, seize, return, destroy, or otherwise deal with Goods in accordance with applicable laws or their operational requirements. Com&Buy shall not be responsible for such actions or decisions.

10.3.4Where additional documents, declarations, permits, licences, certificates, or information are required to complete a shipment, Com&Buy may request such information from the Customer before continuing the Shipment Services.

10.3.5Where a shipment cannot proceed due to customs requirements, regulatory restrictions, airport security screening, carrier requirements, prohibited or restricted Goods, incomplete documentation, or any other circumstance beyond Com&Buy's reasonable control, Com&Buy may suspend, cancel, return, or otherwise deal with the shipment in accordance with these Terms.

10.4 Transit and Delivery

10.4.1Once released for shipment, Goods may be transported, routed, transferred, consolidated, processed, or otherwise handled in any manner reasonably determined by Com&Buy or the relevant Third-Party Provider. The actual transportation route, transit points, carriers, warehouses, and handling methods may differ from the apparent origin-to-destination route and do not, by themselves, constitute a failure to perform the Shipment Services.

10.4.2Estimated transit times and delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within any specified period unless expressly agreed otherwise by Com&Buy.

10.4.3Shipments may be consolidated, separated, rerouted, transferred, or otherwise handled by one or more Third-Party Providers during transit where reasonably required to complete the shipment.

10.4.4Delivery shall be deemed completed when the Goods have been delivered in accordance with the delivery records, tracking information, proof of delivery, or other records maintained by the relevant Third-Party Provider, including delivery to the nominated address, recipient, letterbox, reception, parcel locker, collection point, or other location permitted by the applicable delivery service.

10.4.5Release of the Goods for shipment ends Com&Buy’s warehouse custody but does not affect any rights or responsibilities expressly stated under the claims, Parcel Protection and liability provisions of these Terms.

10.5 Delays and Service Interruptions

10.5.1Shipment Services may be delayed, suspended, interrupted, or otherwise affected by operational requirements, carrier capacity, weather conditions, customs procedures, airport security, regulatory requirements, public holidays, industrial action, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond Com&Buy's reasonable control.

10.5.2Com&Buy does not guarantee uninterrupted Shipment Services or delivery within any estimated timeframe unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

10.5.3Where a shipment is delayed, suspended, or interrupted, Com&Buy may, but is not obliged to, provide updates or reasonable assistance based on the information made available by the relevant Third-Party Provider.

10.5.4Delays or service interruptions shall not, by themselves, entitle the Customer to cancel the Shipment Services or claim compensation, reimbursement, or any other remedy except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Com&Buy.

10.6 Failed Delivery and Returns

10.6.1Where delivery cannot be completed, the relevant Third-Party Provider may return, hold, redirect, dispose of, abandon, destroy, or otherwise deal with the Goods in accordance with its operational requirements, applicable laws, or the Customer's instructions where permitted. Such action may be taken by the Third-Party Provider without prior notice to, or approval from, Com&Buy or the Customer, and an option to abandon, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the Goods may not always be available.

10.6.2Where Goods are returned to a Com&Buy Warehouse following a failed delivery, any further handling, storage, shipment, rerouting, or other Services shall remain subject to these Terms and any applicable Add-On Services.

10.6.3Any additional charges imposed by a Third-Party Provider arising from a failed delivery, return, redelivery, storage, customs action, or other related event shall remain the Customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise by Com&Buy.

10.6.4Com&Buy shall not be responsible where delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer's instructions, the recipient's actions or omission, customs or regulatory requirements, carrier operational requirements, or any other circumstance beyond Com&Buy's reasonable control.

10.7 Tracking Information

10.7.1Where available, Com&Buy may provide tracking information supplied by the relevant Third-Party Provider.

10.7.2Tracking information is provided by the relevant Third-Party Provider. Com&Buy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any tracking information.

10.7.3Tracking information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or updated after the actual movement or delivery of the Goods. Such circumstances do not, by themselves, indicate that the Goods have been lost, delayed, or mishandled.

10.7.4Where tracking information is unavailable or incomplete, Com&Buy may, but is not obliged to, make reasonable enquiries with the relevant Third-Party Provider on a best-effort basis.

11. WALLET, PAYMENTS AND FEES

11.1 General

11.1.1All Services are subject to the applicable fees, charges, exchange rates, payment requirements, and other pricing published on the Platform at the time the relevant Service is requested, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Com&Buy.

11.1.2The Customer shall pay all applicable amounts before Com&Buy is required to commence or continue the relevant Service, unless Com&Buy expressly agrees otherwise.

11.1.3Com&Buy may revise its fees, charges, exchange rates, pricing structure, or payment requirements at any time. Any revision shall apply prospectively and shall not affect Services already confirmed or paid for, unless otherwise stated.

11.2 Wallet

11.2.1Where available, the Customer may maintain a Wallet to pay for applicable Services offered by Com&Buy.

11.2.2Wallet balances may only be used in accordance with these Terms and any requirements published on the Platform.

11.2.3Wallet balances do not constitute a bank deposit, stored-value facility, investment product, or interest-bearing account.

11.2.4Com&Buy may suspend, restrict, or refuse Wallet transactions where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, protect the Platform, or enforce these Terms.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

11.3.1Com&Buy may classify a Customer's Wallet as dormant after the applicable period of inactivity published on the Platform.

11.3.2The applicable dormancy period, reminder period, settlement period (if any), and other Wallet requirements are published on the Platform, including the applicable Wallet Policy. Those published requirements form part of these Terms.

11.3.3Where a Wallet becomes dormant, Com&Buy may provide one or more reminders in accordance with the applicable Wallet Policy before taking any further action.

11.3.4Before the applicable settlement date, the Customer may continue to use eligible Wallet Credits for applicable Services or submit a withdrawal request for eligible Withdrawable Credits in accordance with these Terms.

11.3.5Following the applicable settlement date, any affected Wallet Credits may be settled, forfeited, cancelled, or otherwise dealt with in accordance with the applicable Wallet Policy, these Terms, and applicable law.

11.3.6Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Com&Buy, Wallet Credits that have been settled, forfeited, expired, or cancelled under this Section shall not be reinstated.

11.3.7The Customer is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information. Com&Buy shall not be responsible where any reminder or notice cannot be delivered due to inaccurate, outdated, inaccessible, or unattended contact details provided by the Customer.

11.4 Payments

11.4.1The Customer shall pay all applicable amounts using the payment methods made available by Com&Buy from time to time.

11.4.2Com&Buy may require full or partial payment before accepting, commencing, continuing, or completing any Service.

11.4.3A payment shall only be treated as received after it has been successfully authorised, settled, and confirmed by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

11.4.4Com&Buy may suspend, refuse, or cancel any Service where payment is unsuccessful, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise not successfully received.

11.4.5The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds, payment authorisation, and accurate payment information are provided to complete the transaction.

11.4.6Certain payment methods may be subject to payment processing fees, transaction fees, international transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other payment-related charges. Any applicable charges will be displayed on the Platform before the Customer confirms payment.

11.4.7Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Com&Buy, payment processing and other payment-related fees charged by Com&Buy are non-refundable once the relevant payment has been successfully processed, including where the underlying Order, Service, or transaction is subsequently cancelled or refunded.

11.4.8A payment made by bank transfer, electronic funds transfer, PayNow, digital wallet, or any other payment method does not give the Customer a right to cancel, reverse, or obtain a refund for an Order or Service where such cancellation or refund is not otherwise permitted under these Terms. Where Com&Buy has already incurred costs, purchased Goods, paid a third-party seller or provider, or commenced the relevant Service, the Customer remains responsible for the applicable amounts notwithstanding any subsequent payment dispute, reversal request, or request for cancellation.

11.5 Fees and Charges

11.5.1The Customer shall pay all applicable fees and charges published on the Platform or otherwise communicated by Com&Buy in connection with the requested Services.

11.5.2Fees may include Service Fees, Add-On Service Fees, shipping charges, storage charges, taxes, Third-Party Provider charges, and any other applicable charges relating to the Services.

11.5.3Unless otherwise stated, all fees and charges are payable in the currency specified by Com&Buy.

11.5.4Unless otherwise expressly stated by Com&Buy or required by applicable law, fees for any Service or Add-On Service that has commenced or has been performed are non-refundable.

11.5.5Where additional operational work, exceptional handling, changes requested by the Customer, Third-Party Provider charges, or other unforeseen circumstances result in additional costs, Com&Buy may require payment of the applicable additional fees before continuing the relevant Service.

11.5.6To the extent permitted by applicable law, Com&Buy may deduct or set off any amount due and payable by the Customer to Com&Buy against any eligible Wallet balance, refund, credit, compensation, or other amount otherwise payable by Com&Buy to the Customer. Com&Buy may provide reasonable details of any such deduction or set-off upon request.

11.5.7Where any fee, charge, rate, calculation, or amount has been incorrectly stated or charged due to a calculation, system, configuration, data-entry, or other error, Com&Buy may correct the error and adjust the applicable amount. Any resulting underpayment shall remain payable by the Customer.

11.6 Taxes

11.6.1Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees and charges published by Com&Buy are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or government charges.

11.6.2The Customer remains responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, export charges, government fees, and any other statutory charges arising in connection with the requested Services or Goods.

11.6.3Where Com&Buy is required by applicable law to collect or remit any taxes or government charges, the Customer shall pay such amounts upon request.

11.6.4Where any tax, duty, customs charge, government fee, or related charge arising in connection with the Customer's Goods or Shipment is subsequently charged to or recovered from Com&Buy, the Customer shall reimburse Com&Buy for the applicable amount.

11.7 Currency Conversion

11.7.1Where currency conversion is required, Com&Buy shall determine the applicable exchange rate in accordance with its prevailing pricing methodology.

11.7.2Exchange rates published or quoted by Com&Buy may differ from rates published by banks, payment providers, financial institutions, or other sources.

11.7.3Unless otherwise stated, the applicable exchange rate is determined at the time specified by Com&Buy and shall apply to the relevant transaction.

11.7.4The Customer acknowledges that exchange rates may fluctuate and that currency movements occurring before or after payment shall not, by themselves, entitle the Customer to any refund, credit, adjustment, or compensation.

11.8 Withdrawal Processing Fee

11.8.1Where a withdrawal cannot reasonably be returned to the original payment method and requires manual processing, Com&Buy may charge the applicable Withdrawal Processing Fee published on the Platform.

11.8.2The Customer shall also bear any applicable bank charges, payment provider charges, currency conversion costs, transfer fees, or other third-party charges incurred in processing the withdrawal.

12. REFUNDS, WALLET CREDITS AND WITHDRAWALS

12.1 General

12.1.1Any refund, Wallet Credit, or withdrawal shall be processed in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Service, and any requirements published on the Platform.

12.1.2Com&Buy may require reasonable verification, supporting documents, or additional information before processing any refund, Wallet Credit, or withdrawal request.

12.1.3Refunds, Wallet Credits, and withdrawals shall only be processed where permitted under these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise expressly approved by Com&Buy.

12.2 Refunds

12.2.1Refunds are only available where expressly provided under these Terms, required by applicable law, or otherwise approved by Com&Buy.

12.2.2Where a refund is approved, Com&Buy may determine the appropriate refund method, including refunding the original payment method, issuing a Wallet Credit, or any other method permitted by applicable law.

12.2.3Refund processing times may vary depending on the relevant payment provider, financial institution, or other Third-Party Provider. Com&Buy shall not be responsible for delays occurring after the refund has been processed.

12.2.4Any approved refund shall exclude any non-refundable payment processing or payment-related fees, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Com&Buy.

12.3 Wallet Credits

12.3.1Where applicable, a refund or other amount may be credited to the Customer's Wallet in accordance with the applicable Service, payment method, refund arrangement, or requirements published on the Platform.

12.3.2Wallet Credits may be designated as withdrawable or non-withdrawable in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Service, or the reason for which the Wallet Credit was issued.

12.3.3Unless expressly stated otherwise by Com&Buy, Wallet Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value except where designated as withdrawable, and may only be used in accordance with these Terms.

12.3.4Com&Buy may reverse, adjust, suspend, or cancel any Wallet Credit issued in error, obtained through fraud, abuse, chargeback, system error, or any other circumstance where the Wallet Credit should not reasonably have been issued.

12.4 Withdrawals

12.4.1Only Wallet Credits designated by Com&Buy as withdrawable may be withdrawn.

12.4.2Withdrawal requests remain subject to Com&Buy's verification procedures, applicable laws, fraud prevention measures, payment provider requirements, and any other operational requirements reasonably imposed by Com&Buy.

12.4.3Com&Buy may refuse, suspend, delay, or cancel any withdrawal request where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, recover outstanding amounts, or enforce these Terms.

12.4.4Submission of a withdrawal request does not suspend or extend any applicable dormancy or expiry period unless Com&Buy expressly confirms otherwise.

12.4.5Approved withdrawals will, where reasonably available, be returned to the original payment method. Where return to the original payment method is unavailable, Com&Buy may process the withdrawal by bank transfer or another available payment method. Where no suitable withdrawal method is available, Com&Buy may be unable to process the withdrawal.

12.4.6Any applicable Withdrawal Processing Fee and any bank charges, payment provider charges, currency conversion costs, transfer fees, or other Third-Party Provider charges may be deducted from the withdrawal amount or charged separately, where applicable.

12.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

12.5.1Where the Customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim, Com&Buy may suspend or refuse any Services until the matter has been resolved.

12.5.2Com&Buy may recover any amounts successfully charged back, reversed, or otherwise not received, together with any applicable fees, costs, or charges arising from the chargeback or payment dispute.

12.5.3A Chargeback Handling Fee may apply to each chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim initiated by the Customer. The Customer shall also be responsible for any applicable fees charged by the payment provider, card network, bank, or other financial institution in connection with the dispute. Such fees may vary depending on the provider, payment method, dispute type, and outcome.

12.5.4Com&Buy may suspend the Customer's Account, Wallet, or access to the Services where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve a payment dispute or recover any outstanding amounts.

12.5.5The Customer shall cooperate with any reasonable request for information or documentation relating to a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation.

13. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED GOODS

13.1 General

13.1.1The Customer shall ensure that all Goods submitted for any Service comply with these Terms, applicable laws, carrier requirements, customs requirements, and any other regulatory requirements.

13.1.2Com&Buy may refuse to accept, process, store, purchase, transport, or otherwise provide any Service relating to Goods that are prohibited, restricted, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable.

13.1.3The classification of any Goods as prohibited, restricted, or dangerous may vary depending on the country, carrier, destination, transport method, or applicable law.

13.1.4Examples of Prohibited Goods, Restricted Goods, Dangerous Goods, and any other goods classifications published on the Platform are provided for illustrative purposes only, do not constitute an exhaustive list, and may be amended, updated, or revised by Com&Buy from time to time.

13.2 Prohibited Goods

13.2.1Prohibited Goods include any Goods that Com&Buy, the relevant Third-Party Provider, or any applicable law prohibits from being purchased, stored, handled, transported, imported, exported, or otherwise dealt with.

13.3.1Certain Goods may be accepted only subject to applicable laws, carrier requirements, destination restrictions, transport methods, operational requirements, or any other conditions determined by Com&Buy or the relevant Third-Party Provider.

13.3.2The Customer shall obtain and provide any declarations, safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), permits, licences, certificates, test reports, approvals, supporting documents, or other information reasonably required by Com&Buy, a Third-Party Provider, customs authority, regulatory authority, or other relevant authority before Restricted Goods may be accepted, processed, shipped, exported, imported, or otherwise handled.

13.3.3The purchase, receipt, storage, processing, or acceptance of Goods by Com&Buy does not constitute confirmation or a guarantee that the Goods are eligible for subsequent shipment, transportation, export, import, customs clearance, security screening, or acceptance by any Third-Party Provider or regulatory authority.

13.4 Dangerous Goods

13.4.1Unless expressly accepted by Com&Buy, Dangerous Goods are not supported.

13.4.2Where Com&Buy agrees to consider any Dangerous Goods, acceptance remains subject to applicable laws, carrier requirements, regulatory approvals, operational feasibility, and any other conditions determined by Com&Buy.

13.4.3The Customer shall accurately declare the nature of any Dangerous Goods and provide any information or documentation reasonably required by Com&Buy before any Service is performed.

13.4.4Com&Buy may refuse, suspend, cancel, isolate, return, or otherwise deal with any Dangerous Goods where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

13.5 Customer Declarations

13.5.1The Customer shall accurately declare the nature, description, quantity, value, and any other information reasonably required in relation to the Goods.

13.5.2The Customer shall ensure that all declarations, documents, permits, licences, certificates, and other information provided to Com&Buy are complete, accurate, and up to date.

13.5.3Com&Buy may rely on the information provided by the Customer and is not obliged to independently verify its accuracy or completeness.

13.5.4Where any declaration or information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or subsequently changes, Com&Buy may suspend, refuse, cancel, or otherwise modify the relevant Services until the matter has been resolved.

13.5.5Where Goods are subsequently determined to require a different classification, route, carrier, handling method, or Service, Com&Buy may reclassify the Goods and require payment of any applicable additional fees before processing continues.

13.6 Actions by Com&Buy

13.6.1Where Com&Buy reasonably believes that any Goods are prohibited, restricted, dangerous, unlawful, unsafe, inaccurately declared, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested Services, Com&Buy may refuse, suspend, cancel, isolate, return, dispose of, destroy, or otherwise deal with the Goods as reasonably necessary.

13.6.2Com&Buy may take any action reasonably required to comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, regulatory requirements, safety requirements, or operational requirements.

13.6.3Any additional costs, expenses, charges, penalties, storage fees, return charges, disposal costs, government charges, or Third-Party Provider charges arising from the Goods shall remain the Customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13.6.4Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Com&Buy shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, damage, expense, or other consequence arising from any action taken in accordance with this Section.

13.6.5Where Goods cannot proceed through the requested Service, Com&Buy may, where operationally available, offer an alternative shipment method, rerouting, return, transfer, continued storage, disposal, or other available option. Any alternative remains subject to operational availability, applicable requirements, and payment of any additional fees.

14. PARCEL PROTECTION AND COMPENSATION

14.1 General

14.1.1Where offered by Com&Buy, Parcel Protection may be optional or mandatory for an eligible Shipment depending on the declared value, destination, carrier, shipping service, nature of the Goods, or other applicable requirements published on the Platform.

14.1.2Parcel Protection may be optional or mandatory depending on the applicable shipping service or route. Unless otherwise stated by Com&Buy, Parcel Protection is optional for eligible Shipments with a declared value of SGD 100 or less and mandatory for eligible Shipments with a declared value exceeding SGD 100. The applicable requirement will be displayed when the Customer arranges the Shipment. Com&Buy may require Parcel Protection for other Shipments where reasonably necessary based on the destination, carrier, nature of the Goods, or operational requirements. Where Parcel Protection is mandatory, the Shipment will not be released for international shipment unless the applicable Parcel Protection has been purchased and paid for.

14.1.3Parcel Protection applies only where it has been successfully purchased, confirmed by Com&Buy, and all applicable fees have been paid.

14.1.4Where Parcel Protection is optional and was not purchased, or where Parcel Protection is not available for the applicable Shipment, an eligible Shipment lost during international transit may qualify for compensation subject to the applicable compensation limits, exclusions, and claims requirements under these Terms.

14.1.5Parcel Protection does not alter or extend Com&Buy's liability except to the extent expressly provided under the applicable Parcel Protection provisions.

14.2 Parcel Protection Coverage

14.2.1Parcel Protection applies to loss of an eligible Shipment during international transit, subject to these Terms and the applicable Parcel Protection plan.

14.2.2The Customer may declare a covered value for the Shipment, subject to the maximum coverage value applicable to that Shipment.

14.2.3The Parcel Protection fee shall be calculated based on the covered value accepted by Com&Buy.

14.2.4The availability and maximum coverage value of Parcel Protection may vary depending on the carrier, shipping service, destination, nature of the Goods, operational requirements, or other applicable factors.

14.3 Exclusions

14.3.1Compensation and Parcel Protection apply to eligible loss during international transit only. They do not cover damage, delay, deterioration, partial loss of Goods within a delivered parcel, or any other event unless expressly stated otherwise by Com&Buy.

14.3.2Compensation and Parcel Protection do not apply to loss arising from Prohibited Goods, Restricted Goods, inaccurate or incomplete declarations, customs or regulatory action, airport or security screening, Force Majeure, or any other excluded circumstance specified under these Terms or published on the Platform.

14.3.3Any additional exclusions or eligibility requirements applicable to a Shipment and published on the Platform at the time the Shipment is arranged shall form part of these Terms.

14.4 Loss at Warehouses and Third-Party Facilities

14.4.1Where Goods are lost or destroyed while in the custody of a Third-Party Provider, including a warehouse operator, logistics provider, or carrier, any compensation shall be subject to the compensation or liability available from the relevant Third-Party Provider.

14.4.2Com&Buy shall not be liable for any amount exceeding the compensation actually made available by the relevant Third-Party Provider, unless otherwise expressly provided under these Terms or required by applicable law.

14.5 Claims

14.5.1Where tracking or delivery records show that a Shipment has been delivered but the Customer has not received it, the Customer must report the matter to Com&Buy within 24 hours of the recorded delivery.

14.5.2Where only part of a multi-parcel Shipment is received, the Customer must report the missing parcel or parcels to Com&Buy within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs or other evidence reasonably required by Com&Buy.

14.5.3The Customer must provide any proof of value, tracking information, delivery records, photographs, shipping labels, packaging, or other supporting evidence reasonably required by Com&Buy to assess the claim.

14.5.4The Customer must retain any relevant Goods, packaging, shipping labels and other materials until Com&Buy confirms that they are no longer required.

14.5.5Com&Buy may investigate the claim, request further information, and consult with or submit a claim to the relevant Third-Party Provider before determining the claim.

14.5.6A claim may be declined where it is reported after the applicable deadline, sufficient evidence is not provided, the Shipment or loss is not eligible, or the Customer fails to comply with the applicable claims procedure.

14.5.7For any other suspected loss during international transit, the Customer shall notify Com&Buy as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the suspected loss and within any applicable claim period communicated by Com&Buy or the relevant Third-Party Provider. Failure to do so may affect the Customer's eligibility for compensation where the delay prevents or materially affects the submission or assessment of a claim.

14.6 Compensation

14.6.1Where Parcel Protection was not purchased or was not available, compensation for an approved claim shall not exceed the actual value of the eligible Goods lost or SGD 100 per Shipment, whichever is lower.

14.6.2Where Parcel Protection was purchased, compensation for an approved claim shall not exceed the covered value accepted by Com&Buy or the maximum coverage value applicable to the Shipment, whichever is lower.

14.6.3Compensation shall be determined in accordance with these Terms, the applicable limits, the available evidence, and any relevant information obtained during the claim assessment.

14.6.4Approved compensation may be paid by refund, Wallet Credit, replacement, or another method determined by Com&Buy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14.6.5Any amount already refunded, compensated, recovered or otherwise received by the Customer in respect of the same loss may be taken into account when determining compensation payable. The Customer shall not be entitled to duplicate recovery for the same loss.

14.6.6Payment of compensation constitutes full and final settlement of the relevant claim to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14.6.7For the purpose of determining compensation, the value of eligible Goods shall be based on the substantiated purchase price actually paid for the affected Goods, subject to the applicable compensation or covered value limit. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Service Fees, Add-On Service Fees, shipping charges, storage fees, taxes, duties, payment fees, currency conversion costs, and any consequential or indirect loss shall not form part of the value of the Goods for compensation purposes.

15.3.5Unless expressly agreed otherwise by Com&Buy, the Customer is responsible for obtaining any permits, licences, approvals, certificates, safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), test reports, customs documentation, or other supporting documents required in connection with the Goods or requested Services. Any assistance provided by Com&Buy in obtaining, preparing, submitting, or communicating such documentation is provided on a best-effort basis and does not transfer responsibility for compliance to Com&Buy.

15.4 Cooperation
