Com&Buy
Shipping Guide

Prohibited Items

Some goods cannot be purchased, received, or shipped through Com&Buy because of carrier, customs, or local law restrictions.

This list is a practical summary. Final acceptance depends on the origin warehouse, destination country, and selected shipping method.

Common restricted categories

Batteries and power banks

Loose lithium batteries, damaged cells, and many power banks are restricted or require special handling.

Liquids, aerosols, and flammables

Perfumes, sprays, paints, fuels, and similar items are often refused by air carriers.

Food, plants, and perishables

Fresh food, seeds, plants, and items that spoil in transit are usually not accepted.

Weapons and replicas

Firearms, ammunition, knives, and realistic replicas cannot be processed.

Counterfeit or infringing goods

Items that copy a brand or violate intellectual property rights are not accepted.

Cash, documents, and high-risk valuables

Currency, passports, bearer instruments, and some high-value collectables need a different channel.

Chemicals and hazardous goods

Poisons, pesticides, medical samples, and unmarked chemicals are prohibited.

Adult and controlled products

Adult products, tobacco, vapes, and controlled medicines are restricted on most routes.

When in doubt

  • If an item might be restricted, pause the order and ask us before you pay the seller.
  • Warehouse and customs teams can refuse, return, or dispose of prohibited goods according to policy.
  • Destination rules can be stricter than origin rules. A parcel accepted in one country may still be blocked for export.
