Douyin (抖音) is one of China's leading short-video and livestream shopping platforms, offering everything from trending fashion and beauty products to home essentials, electronics and collectables.
Unlike TikTok, Douyin primarily serves the Chinese market. International shoppers may encounter difficulties with Chinese-language listings, local payment methods and sellers who only ship within China.
With Com&Buy's Buy For Me service, you can purchase products from Douyin without needing a Chinese payment account or local delivery address. We handle the purchase on your behalf, receive your items at our China warehouse and help you arrange international shipping.

1. Check Seller Reviews and Product Details
Review the seller's ratings, product descriptions, customer feedback and available variations before placing an order.
Pay particular attention to sizing, specifications and product conditions.
2. Look Out for Flash Sales (秒杀)
Douyin frequently features limited-time promotions and livestream discounts.
Prices and availability can change quickly, so promotional offers may no longer be available when your order is processed.
3. Use Chinese Search Keywords
Searching in Chinese can help you discover more products and sellers.
Some useful keywords include:
好物推荐 — Recommended products
潮流穿搭 — Trendy fashion and outfits
家居好物 — Home and lifestyle finds
手办 — Collectable figures
限量款 — Limited-edition items
二手 — Second-hand products
4. Confirm Important Details Before Purchasing
If you are unsure about product authenticity, compatibility, condition or availability, consider using Com&Buy's Ask Seller service before submitting your order.
5. Consolidate Parcels Where Practical
If you are purchasing from multiple sellers, consider waiting for your parcels to arrive at the warehouse before arranging shipping.
Consolidation may reduce shipping costs compared with shipping each parcel separately, depending on their weight, dimensions and destination.
Can You Buy Products from Douyin Livestreams?
Yes, some products featured in Douyin livestreams may be purchased through Com&Buy, provided a valid product listing or purchase link is available.
However, livestream-only promotions, limited-stock offers and time-sensitive deals may require immediate purchasing and cannot always be secured through standard Buy For Me processing.
If the product is only available during a livestream, check with our team before submitting your request.
