2. Guangzhou (Bulky) package arrived process

Dear ComNBuy Shoppers,

w.e.f. 11 May 2020 

Only in 2. Guangzhou (Bulky) warehouse, the weight or measurement of each package will not be updated. When the package arrives, only the status will be updated to "Arrived".

After the delivery order is submitted, measurement & weight (m3) will be provided. 

Please note:

The shipping charges you will be charged are based on the final weight. The final weight is the weight of the shipment after it has been packaged by the warehouse. 

If you need each package weight update, please send 1. Shenzhen warehouse which provides Air & Sea (kg & m3) shipping method.
