Order Status & Invoice

To find out your order status: Product Order & Delivery Order


Pending: The initial status after the order is submitted and waiting for ComNBuy purchaser to process.

In Process: The order is confirmed (order has been placed, waiting for the seller to ship) and assigned to the corresponding ComNBuy purchasing personnel and is being processed.

On the way: The seller has shipped, waiting for the package to arrive at ComNBuy warehouse.

Arrived: The item arrived at the ComNBuy warehouse. You can submit the shipment.

Delivery submitted: The warehouse has sent the package to the destination, waiting for the customer to receive the goods.

Invalid order: the product name, price, and submission are inconsistent, the goods are out of stock, the product has no picture or description, virtual goods, prohibited goods, etc., are regarded as invalid orders.


Cancellation of pending orders will automatically be credited to your account balance. However, please contact us first as we may have processed it.


Delivery order status
Pending: Products and parcels waiting for ComNBuy warehouse to process.

Wait to Weight: The package is waiting ComNBuy warehouse to pack & weigh.

Wait for Payment: The shipment is waiting for ComNBuy customer to make the payment.

Wait for Deliver: The shipment is waiting for ComNBuy warehouse to ship.

Delivery: The warehouse has sent the package to the destination, waiting for the customer to receive the goods.

Cancel: For problem goods, staff and members.
On the way: The seller has shipped, waiting for the package to arrive at ComNBuy warehouse.

Arrived: The item arrived at the ComNBuy warehouse. You can submit the shipment.

Step1. Go to your Delivery Order
Step2. Under Action > click to view
Step3. Scroll down the page until you see Product Information then Product Order Status.
Product order status
In Process: The order is confirmed (order has been placed, waiting for the seller to ship) and assigned to the corresponding ComNBuy purchasing personnel and is being processed.

On the way: The seller has shipped, waiting for the package to arrive at ComNBuy warehouse.

Arrived: The item arrived at the ComNBuy warehouse. You can submit the shipment.

If you have not yet submitted a shipment, the item will remain in the warehouse. (Holding Period: 30 days)
You can submit the delivery order even if the status of the package is ‘On the way’ ie. the parcel is waiting to arrive at the warehouse.
You may proceed to submit delivery order now if you wish to ship it once its all arrive. Otherwise, submit only if that’s all the items you want to ship it.
The packages will be updated to Arrived once the warehouse updates and the delivery order will be processed.

To retrieve your order: Invoice & Receipt


Step1. Go to your Delivery Order
Step2. Under Action > click to view
Step3. Scroll down the page until you see Invoice > click on the Invoice
Or under My Account to view the list of Invoices
Step1. Go to your Invoice
Step2. Under Invoice & click Invoice to view
