Order Status & Invoice

To find out your order status: Product Order & Delivery Order

If you want to ship your item as soon as after it arrives in the warehouse, you can proceed to Step 4. Submit delivery order.
You can submit the delivery order even if the status of the package is ‘Purchased’ or ‘On the way’.
The delivery order will be processed accordingly, and you will receive a payment notification.
To submit it among all items to be shipped together (click here) including packages that have arrived.

The processing time for shipment is usually one working day. Shipment will be in queue for processing after all packages have arrived.

Please wait until you see the status Out for Delivery / ASSIGN FOR DELIVERY.
This means that the shipment has been arranged and picked up by the courier. If everything goes well, it will usually be delivered on the same day, depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

To retrieve your order: Invoice & Receipt


Step1. Go to your Delivery Order
Step2. Under Action > click to view
Step3. Scroll down the page until you see Invoice > click on the Invoice
Or under My Account > My Orders > Invoice to view all invoices
